The fruit for this wine is from Galafrey's Mount Baker vineyard, Western Australia, an area renowned for cool climate viticulture. These Vines are over 20 years old and non irrigated giving us premium wine crops that are low yielding with the wines benefiting from intensive of flavour.

The fruit was picked at optimum maturity then processed immediately on the property. fermentation is under total tempreture control to retain delicate flavours.

Description:
This wine has those grassy, subtle, herbaceous flavours of Semillon with the spicy, mineral, herb characters of cool climate Sauvignon Blanc. A refreshing, easy drinking wine with a lingering palate.

Total Acidity: 7.71gms/l
Residual Sugar: 2.0gms/l
