Tasting Notes:
Pale Straw in colour. A delicious blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of Chardonnay. The nose of this wine exhibits a complex range of fresh tropical fruit and citrus aromas. The palate is full flavoured and finishes crisp and clean. All fruit sauced from the Premium cool climate of WA.

This cafe style of wine lends itself to a wide range of food flavours. Chilled cuttlefish or fish fillets pan-fried with lemon and butter are our favourites.
